Surfing in Montauk, New York, USA

Montauk, New York, USA is the farthest East and out into the ocean that you can get on the East Coast.  As a result, this spot gets great waves.  It's a long haul to get here from the NYC airports but it's worth it.  If you have a billionaire friend in the city maybe you can get a ride in their private jet to the Hampton Airport, otherwise enjoy the long drive and by all means avoid holiday and summer weekend traffic.
