When you think California surfing, you probably imagine a place just like Huntington Beach, California, USA. Big, crowded, wide open beach with a pier. It can get crowded by the pier, but if it is just walk down the beach a little.

Rent Bikes and Ride the Coastal Trail for Miles: Rent a bike and ride the Huntington Beach Bike Trail.
Go shopping at Balboa Island: Cute little boutique shops and eats.
Visit Seal Beach: Another nice little town with shops and food.
